Booking the Shelde Community Building
Booking Status
To book the building, follow these simple steps:
Contact Rawhide Sales at sales@rawhide.com to get your request form.
Fill out the form and return it to them via email or inperson
Pay the required fees by credit card via credit card form. Your reservation isn't final until both the form and payment are received.
Please submit your request at least 14 business days before your event.

Who can book: The person reserving the building must be the main organizer of the event. Please use your Tribal ID or Work ID when booking to get your discount.
Building Hours: You can book the building in 4-hour blocks from as early as 7:00 AM to as late as midnight.
Set Up & Clean Up:Your rental time includes one hour for setting up before your event and one hour for cleaning up afterward. If you need more time, it costs $50 per additional hour.
First-Come, First-Served: Reservations are handled in the order they are received.
Our Mission: The building’s mission is to support the Gila River Indian Community. All groups are required to comply with Rawhide policies and regulations pertaining to the Anthony B. Shelde Community Building. Groups shall be held responsible for any damage or theft of Rawhide property.
