Rawhide Special Event Vendor Application Form
All Vendors at Rawhide Special Events are required to have to obtain a Gila River Business License and pay 6% tax back to the Gila River Indian Community. All food vendors are required to obtain both a Gila River Business License and Health Permit and be inspected prior to the event.

Please Note: Our events are rain or shine event, no refunds will be given for any reason. If your setup requires something different than a standard tent, please submit a picture along with your application to the email below. Applicants will be notified of acceptance or denial via email within 3 days of submittal. Any additions to equipment needed can be requested off of the price sheet you are given with your contract. Requests within 2 weeks of event date will not be guaranteed. Vendors must be present both days of the event. All vendors are required to be open for the duration of the event. Event hours will be included in your contract offer. All vendors are required to provide a certificate of liability insurance, proof of Workers Compensation coverage. All permits, licenses and certificates are the responsibility of the Vendor and must be provided to Event by requested deadline or contract will be void.
