1. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Arizona, 18 years or older. Employees of Wild Horse Pass and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2. Entry Period: Giveaway begins Monday, October 26 at 12:00 am and ends Friday, November 13 at 11:59 pm. (“Entry Period”).
3. How to Enter: To enter, sign up for Wild Horse Pass’s email and SMS text alerts through the form above. By signing up, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing email and text messages from Wild Horse Pass at the email and phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. 5. Winner Selection: One winner(s) will be selected at random on Monday, November 16 from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
6. Prize: 4 (four) tickets to Indian Frybread & Arts Festival, valued at approximately $400. Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution, except at the sole discretion of Wild Horse Pass.
7. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Notification: Winner will be notified by email within 2 days of the drawing. Winner must respond within 1 day or an alternate winner will be selected.
