What's Cooking in the Rawhide Kitchen!

Chef Michael Cairns and Rawhide Executive Chef Jon Anderson have cooked together a new menu at Rawhide. The menu will introduce flavors of the western frontier, which encompasses cuisines and techniques found along the western trail, from Native American tribes to cowboys to the family starting a new beginning in the new west.

The menu will also have a major focus on the family approach to a western Steakhouse. Our Top Choice steaks will be on display at our Butcher Counter. You will be able to discuss the difference in Porterhouse T-bone filet to New York with our butcher. If you're in the mood for a big steak, have the butcher cut a 46oz Porterhouse to a 30oz.
