RAWHIDE AT WILD HORSE PASS CELEBRATES ANNUAL EASTER EGG-STRAVAGANZA APRIL 7-8
Activities include visits with Rawhide’s Easter Bunny, Cowboy Cottontail, egg hunts & more.
CHANDLER, Ariz. (March, 2007) – Kids of all ages are welcome to celebrate Easter at the new Rawhide at Wild Horse Pass for a wide array of family fun activities from 11:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 7th and Sunday, April 8th for the town’s annual Easter Egg-Stravaganza.
Included in this year’s festivities is a full schedule of kid’s games, Easter egg hunts and Main Street fun. Easter egg hunts will be held for various age groups beginning at 11:30 a.m. both days. A highlight every year is the ever-popular Candy Corral, where children are given a set amount of time to grab as much candy as they possibly can. In addition to Easter egg hunts and the Candy Corral kids can have a photo taken with Cowboy Cottontail, Rawhide’s very own Easter Bunny.
The World-Famous Rawhide Steakhouse will be featuring a special Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 8, in addition to its full menu from 11:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The Easter Brunch features an array of salads, shrimp, peppercorn crusted prime rib, honey-glazed smoked ham, sterling salmon, southwestern mashed potatoes, farm fresh eggs, applewood smoked bacon, tri-colored cheese tortellini with charred plum tomato ragout and a selection of traditional desserts. The cost for the brunch is $27.00 for adults and $14.00 for children 11 and under, tax and gratuity not included.
There will also be an a la-carte Easter Dinner menu available in the Rawhide Steakhouse & Saloon’s Sunset Room from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on April 8th, featuring a special menu with choices including rattlesnake, rocky mountain oysters, t-bone steaks, top sirloin, filet mignon, bone-in rib eye, babyback ribs, barbeque chicken and apple pie.
