Signature entrees this season include Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf made with ground beef, roasted red peppers, onions, seasoned with Rawhide spices and wrapped in delicious bacon for $12. Sage Crusted Fried Chicken, a juicy chicken breast covered with Rawhide’s famous Cornflake and Sage crust served up crispy and smothered with country gravy for $11. A kids menu with everything from a Mini Top Sirloin to Mini Corn Dogs to good old fashioned PB&J, complete with seasonal fruit or fries and a fountain beverage, is also available.
Fire Roasted S’Mores for $4 and Old Western Apple Crisp for $5 are just two featured mouthwatering desserts from the new menu. The Steakhouse features a variety of domestic, imported and craft beers by the bottle and draft.
Plus, diners can take part in the Steakhouse’s new food challenges. First is the Arizona Reaper challenge consisting of eight wings prepared in one of the hottest sauces in the nation… more than four million scoville units for $10 (all wings must be consumed by the same person).

This massive, delicious 48-ounce, hand-cut, three bone-in Rib Eye comes with choice of two sides for $65 (steak challenge must be finished within 45 minutes). Winners of each completed challenge receive a special ‘challenge conquering’ T-shirt to show off to their friends and a certificate worthy of hanging on any wall.
