The chefs listened to the customers and in November 2009 they've introduced a new menu bringing back some Rawhide favorites such as: BBQ Baby Back Ribs, The Gunslinger (Filet Mignon), Colorado Lamb Chops and the Trail Boss (Rawhide's famous finger licking BBQ combination). The chefs even throw in their famous chili-cornbread muffins, a fresh-from-their-garden salad and a jar of homemade pickles. We'll have produce from our own garden, community farmers, artisans, vendors, kids activities, cooking classes, breakfast and story telling in Akimel Basho, our newest frontier attraction.
