Rawhide Steakhouse
Rawhide's Steakhouse is located on Rawhide's Main Street. The steakhouse has had a long standing reputation for extraordinary hospitality, great food and large cowboy sized portions. In October of 2008 Rawhide's Executive Chef, Jon Anderson, took the already distinctive cowboy menu to a heightened level of gourmet adding an assortment of new menu items. Guests an still enjoy the popular specialties of mesquite grilled steaks and barbecue chicken, or try some new favorites like, Veal Chops, Colorado Lamb or Short Rib Osso Bucco.
